Boulogne-Billancourt is a suburb of the French city of Paris, situated 8 km (5 miles) west of the city centre. This is the most populated suburb of Paris and one of the most densely peopled municipalities in Europe. Boulogne-Billancourt is a major economic centre in the Île-de-France region and one of the wealthiest in France.
