Toorak is a suburb of Melbourne which resides in the Australian state of Victoria. It is located 5 km (3 miles) south east of Melbourne’s Central Business District. Toorak is part of the local government area of Stonnington city. Toorak is situated on a rise on the south side of a bend in the Yarra River.
